A key part of your role will be ensuring high-quality employee master data and working with salary and market data across JYSK.\nYou will work closely with colleagues in different countries on pay ranges and salary analyses and contribute to our continued work with fair and equal pay. You will also be involved in our work related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.\nYour tasks and responsibilities in the job include:\nEnsuring high-quality employee master data through ongoing controlling and follow-up\nAnalysing market data and supporting the development and maintenance of global pay ranges\nAnalysing salary data to identify patterns and support fair and equal pay across jobs and levels\nContributing to the development of tools that make HR data easy to analyse and visualise\nPreparing process documentation, analyses and presentation materials\nContributing to our continued work related to pay transparency\nCollaborating with Finance departments, HR Business Partners and other colleagues across JYSK countries\nWHAT SHOULD YOU BRING\nYou enjoy working with data and getting the details right, but you are also curious about the bigger picture behind the numbers. You take responsibility for your tasks, ask questions when something does not add up and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.\nYou do not need many years of experience.
