The HR Business partner supports and challenge Retail Managers and District Managers, securing strong teams and making them stronger by enhancing performance through proactive hands-on, in-field collaboration. Securing that JYSK is the employees and customers' first choice, based on JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership.

HRBP works closely with relevant stakeholders and has the following responsibilities:

Areas of responsibility - overall:

• Talent acquisition
• Training and Development programs
• Performance management
• HR tools, concepts and guidelines

Talent acquisition

• Participate and secure quality in SM, DepSM, SMT and talent recruitments
• Ensure a strong employer brand by acting as an ambassador

• JYSK Academy (Talent program, SMT, DMT)
• Secure trainer and mentor quality
• Train in JYSK leadership tools, HR topics and systems

Performance Management

• Challenge and support retail on internal organisation and performance management flow
• Spotting internal and external talents
• Challenge the District Manager during on the roads
• Know basic labor law
• Onboarding and offboarding of SM, DepSM, SMT and talents

HR Tools, concepts and guidelines

• Drive HR related KPIs through Retail
• Spot and adress safety and work environment concerns
• Secure implementation of HR related concepts and policies
• Secure that all the JYSK leadership tools are kept alive

• Full time role
• You would be expected to travel in region (60%)
