WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your responsibilities within business partnering:
- Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner
- Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives
- Partner with leaders on performance management
- Identify, develop and retain internal talent
- Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation
Your responsibilities within leading the TA team:
- Leading, coaching and developing the TA team
- Empowering team members and giving them ownership of their areas of responsibility
- Setting clear expectations, priorities and following up on results
- Ensuring collaboration between TA, HR Business Partners and hiring managers
- Ensuring a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience
- Using recruitment insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactivity
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who has:
- Solid experience as an Senior HR Business Partner, an HR Manager, TA Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a global environment
- A business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand both current and future needs
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships with managers and challenge them constructively
- Naturally takes ownership and accountability for own area of responsibility
- Is curious and continuously looks for better and more effective ways of working
- Empowers and develops others, creating an environment where people can take ownership and grow
