Restaurant Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the KNK outlet, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer experience, team leadership, membership conversion, premium product sales and operational standards.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Achieve daily and monthly sales and KPI targets.
• Drive membership conversion, premium/A5 Wagyu sales and campaign performance.
• Monitor outlet performance, average spending, customer traffic and sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers, especially VIPs and members, to build loyalty and repeat visits.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Lead, coach and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff understand products, promotions and membership benefits.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming and manpower scheduling.
• Ensure strong product knowledge and effective upselling/cross-selling.
• Prepare daily reports, analyse performance gaps and take corrective action.
• Maintain KNK’s service, cleanliness, food safety and operational standards.
• Support HQ campaigns, events and business initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years F&B experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, customer service and people-management skills.
• Sales-driven and comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• Able to analyse basic sales data and improve outlet performance.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
