It builds the products and capabilities that become the next generation of the platform, working closely with the customers who will be the first to use them.\nAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Labs, you own the build. You take validated ideas and turn them into products a customer runs in production, then you make them hold up as that customer scales. The work reaches real users quickly, and you will be close to the people using it.\nLabs builds with agents. Day to day that means writing detailed specifications, working with agents to build against them, reviewing the code that comes back, and continually iterating on and improving your own rig so that the next build is better than the last. Shaping how the team works this way is part of the role, not a side effect of it.\nThis is a hands-on senior role for someone who executes independently, makes sound technical decisions, and thrives where systems and processes are still taking shape. You will make architecture calls, own the quality bar, and operate what you ship.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience\n\n6 or more years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or high growth environment\n\nDemonstrated experience using coding agents for production work, including how you specify work for them and how you review what they produce\n\nStrong experience with Go, TypeScript, React, and Next.js\n\nExperience building modern full stack applications using technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, and Kubernetes\n\nExperience with server rendered web applications and modern frontend architecture\n\nExperience taking a system from technical design through to production, and operating it once it is there\n\nExperience partnering with designers to build polished and intuitive user experiences\n\nComfort working across product requirements, technical design, implementation, testing, and production support\n\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nAbility to required\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain the full stack applications behind k-ID's newest products, from first release through to production scale\n\nWrite the detailed specifications that agents build against, and review the resulting code to a high standard\n\nIterate on and improve your own development rig so that each build is better than the last\n\nContribute to technical design and implementation decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, and data flows\n\nHarden new systems for load and accuracy before they scale\n\nWork with product managers, designers, and legal
