The successful candidate will support the accounting function by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the preparation and processing of accounting transactions.\nPerform monthly bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.\nMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.\nAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.\nSupport the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.\nAssist with payroll administration and related reconciliations.\nProcess journals and maintain the general ledger.\nAssist with budgeting and forecasting processes.\nPrepare schedules and supporting documents for audits.\nEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.\nProvide administrative support to the Finance Department as required.\nMinimum Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or finance environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.\nSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.\nStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nAdded Advantage\nExperience in payroll administration.\nKnowledge of Payroll Pastel, Xero, or similar accounting systems.\nExperience
