RFICs in the micro- and millimeter wave range (>100 GHz)\nCarrying out on-wafer measurements using wafer probers (e.g. MPI)\nSetup, operation and optimization of RF measuring stations (VNA incl. extender, probe stations, load-pull / noise if necessary)\nCarrying out and evaluating S-parameter, power and linearity measurements (e.g. IP3, P1dB)\nApplication of calibration and de-embedding procedures (TRL, SOLT, LRM)\nAnalysis and interpretation of measurement results and derivation of design feedback\nAutomation of measurement sequences and data evaluation (Python, MATLAB)\nSupport with silicon bring-up and validation of new designs\nCoordination with internal teams (design, test) and external partners if necessary\nSkills:\nDegree in electrical engineering, RF technology, microelectronics or physics or comparable training\nSeveral years of experience (approx. 5-8 years) in the characterization of MMICs / RFICs\nSound knowledge of RF and millimeter wave measurement technology (>100 GHz)\nPractical experience with wafer probers and on-wafer measurements\nConfident handling of VNA measurements incl. extenders\nExperience with calibration and de-embedding techniques\nExperience in measurement automation (Python and/or MATLAB)\nIndependent, structured way of working\nRequirements (Nice-to-Have)\nExperience with load-pull, noise measurements or power amplifier characterization\nKnowledge of III-V technologies (GaAs, GaN, InP)\nExperience in dealing with test houses\nGeneral conditions\nWork in a high-end RF laboratory environment with a focus on
