You will be responsible for spa operations, treatment delivery, revenue growth, product sales, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.\nThe successful candidate will have experience working within a premium spa, luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment and will be confident managing both the guest experience and commercial performance of the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nGuest Experience & Wellness Delivery\nDeliver professional spa treatments and therapies to the highest industry standards.\nCreate personalised wellness journeys tailored to individual guest needs and preferences.\nProvide expert skincare, wellness, and product recommendations.\nEnsure all guest interactions reflect the luxury standards of the hotel.\nAnticipate guest requirements and create memorable wellness experiences.\nManage VIP guest requests and bespoke treatment programmes.\nMaintain exceptional treatment room presentation, ambience, and cleanliness.\nSpa Operations Management\nOversee the daily operation of the spa and wellness facility.\nEnsure treatment schedules are managed efficiently to maximise utilisation.\nMaintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.\nManage spa inventory, retail products, and treatment consumables.\nCoordinate maintenance and upkeep of spa facilities and equipment.\nEnsure all operational procedures align with brand standards and guest expectations.\nRevenue Growth & Commercial Performance\nDrive treatment bookings, package sales, and retail product revenue.\nDevelop and implement innovative spa packages and wellness experiences.\nIdentify opportunities to increase guest spend and repeat visitation.\nMonitor booking trends and optimise treatment schedules.\nManage spa budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.\nSource premium wellness products and exclusive treatment offerings.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nRecruit, train, mentor, and develop spa therapists and wellness staff.\nConduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.\nFoster a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and guest care.\nEnsure staff maintain exceptional presentation and service standards.\nSupport ongoing professional development and industry training initiatives.\nBrand & Wellness Strategy\nContribute to the development of the hotel's wellness and luxury guest experience strategy.\nIdentify emerging wellness trends and introduce innovative treatment concepts.\nCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote spa services and packages.\nAssist with wellness events, retreats, and guest experience initiatives.\nMinimum Requirements\nAdvanced Diploma in Spa & Salon Management, Wellness Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.\nCIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, SAAHSP, or equivalent internationally recognised qualification.\nProfessional Massage Therapy and Advanced Skincare certifications.\nMinimum 5 years' experience within a luxury spa, five-star hotel spa, wellness retreat, luxury lodge, or premium wellness brand.\nProven experience managing spa operations and wellness teams.\nStrong knowledge of luxury skincare, wellness products, and treatment protocols.\nExperience working with VIP, high-net-worth, and international clientele.\nStrong financial management and revenue generation experience.\nKnowledge of spa booking systems, CRM platforms, and retail management.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and guest engagement skills.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced wellness professional who understands that luxury spa experiences extend far beyond treatments.
