live streaming as required.\nManage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or other suitable solutions.\nOptimise application performance, rendering, startup time, memory usage, and responsiveness.\nTroubleshoot complex application issues across different devices and operating system versions.\nWork with native Android and iOS capabilities, including native modules and platform-specific integrations.\nManage application builds, signing certificates, release processes, and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.\nWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.\nConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions.\nCollaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.\nImplement appropriate testing, error handling, logging, and application monitoring.\nContribute to CI/CD workflows and continuous improvements in the mobile development lifecycle.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with substantial hands-on React Native experience.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.\nExcellent understanding of React, Hooks, component rendering, and state management.\nExperience developing and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications.\nStrong experience with REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and authentication.\nExperience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or equivalent state-management solutions.\nStrong understanding of mobile application architecture and reusable component design.\nExperience debugging complex issues and optimising application performance.\nHands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nExperience with Android Studio, Xcode, application signing, and store releases.\nExperience with React Native CLI and Expo.\nKnowledge of native Android/iOS integrations and custom native modules.\nExperience with push notifications, deep linking, background processing, and secure local storage.\nExperience with WebSockets, real-time communication, audio/video calling, or live streaming.\nFamiliarity with Jest, React Native Testing Library, and automated testing.\nExperience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release automation.\nUnderstanding of application security, crash reporting, and production monitoring.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nAbility to independently own complex features and deliver production-ready solutions.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making
