And this is where you come in…\nWe are looking for a Frontend Senior Software Engineer to join us on a contract for for an unannounced project with a large IP partner. The key function of the Senior Software Engineer is to build and maintain complex systems and tools. This position works collaboratively with other engineers and teams to maintain high performance and optimize workflows to support our game teams. This contract is expected to last at minimum 4 months, with possibility of extension.\nThroughout this contract, you can expect to:\nContribute to software design, development, and maintenance, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.\nArchitect solutions for complex technical challenges and make informed technology decisions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and departments, facilitating effective communication.\nEnsure system performance, scalability, and security, implementing advanced practices.\nResolve critical software issues and drive documentation for knowledge sharing.\nArchitect and build screens, widgets, and other UI elements in an extensible way.\nReview feature designs and provide input on costs and possible alternatives.\nWork closely with producers, artists, designers and other programmers in a highly collaborative and agile environment.\nBuild and support tools that improve the workflows of artists, designers, and other programmers\nYour background includes:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nExpert-level experience with C#, Node.js or C++\nMobile game development experience\nKnowledge of UI technical best practices (on Console, PC, or Mobile)\nExperience with Unity GUI or NGUI frameworks\n5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in gaming\nShipped multiple titles starting from prototype stage (on Console, PC, or Mobile)\nProfessional proficiency with multiple game engines, or proven ability to pick up new ones\nAbility to write clean, simple, well-documented code from design requirements\nProven track record of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting\nExperience in Android / iOS Mobile application development\nUp-to-date knowledge on the latest mobile gaming trends\nAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members\nExperience working in Agile, Kanban, or similar project management
