精通 C/C++ 编程语言，有嵌入式软件开发经验。\n2. 操作系统能力：熟悉至少一种主流工业实时操作系统（RTOS）的内核原理，。\n3. 硬件基础：具备扎实的硬件知识，熟悉主流 MCU，能利用各种测试工具进行调试。\n4. 通讯协议经验：具有至少一种主流工业以太网（如 EtherCAT、PROFINET）或现场总线（如 CANopen）的开发 / 移植经验。\n5. 具备良好的团队协作意识与跨部门沟通能力，能高效推进项目;
