Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützen des Projektleiterteams in den aktuellen Projekten und bei der übergeordneten Prozessgestaltung durch Mitwirken in folgenden Bereichen:
    • Analysieren, Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln von Entwicklungs- und Projektmanagementprozessen (insbesondere mit Jira und Confluence - Atlassian)
    • Erstellen und Pflegen von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
    • Aufbereiten von Präsentationen für Management und Projektgremien
    • Erstellen von Reportings sowie Dokumentieren von Projektfortschritten und Zwischenständen

Ihr Profil

  • Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Elektrotechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und transparente Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sozialkompetenz
