参与技术方案的落地传递，确保客户准确理解方案逻辑与操作流程，提升客户技术应用效率。\n4.深入学习以太网（TSN / 车载以太网）技术原理，熟练操作对应测试工具，输出技术文档（如测试报告、应用指南）及可复用的应用案例。\n5.基于客户需求独立设计 FPGA 验证方案，主导FPGA 开发任务，协助团队完成方案前期技术验证，保障项目从需求到落地的顺畅衔接。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息工程、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业。\n2.具备1-3 年 FPGA 开发实战经验，掌握 FPGA 设计、开发、调试全流程; 熟练使用至少一种 FPGA 开发语言（VHDL 优先），精通 Xilinx FPGA 开发工具链，对以太网相关协议有深入理解。\n3.具备独立解决 FPGA 软硬件问题的能力，能快速定位逻辑设计、时序分析、接口通信等环节的故障; 乐于沟通，可高效对接客户与内部团队，具备良好的跨部门协作意识。\n4.执行力强，能高效响应客户与项目需求; 对 FPGA、以太网等新技术有持续学习热情，具备自主成长意识;
