The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, multi-cloud environments, and persistent storage technologies.\nThe role involves working closely with Engineering, QA, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Field teams to deliver high-quality product releases, strengthen go-to-market initiatives, and drive innovation across AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-native technologies. The candidate will also lead a small team responsible for product marketing content, technical publications, and product demonstrations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, own, and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.\nDevelop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful General Availability (GA) releases.\nEstablish standardized processes for release notes, demo readiness, product documentation, and field enablement.\nLead and mentor a team of three direct reports specializing in product marketing and technical publications.\nCollaborate with leadership to shape product strategy across AI/ML, LLMs, multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and storage technologies.\nEngage with customers, analysts, partners, and open-source communities to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.\nCollect, analyze, and document user and community insights to influence product direction and prioritization.\nConduct competitive research across commercial and open-source solutions to strengthen product positioning and roadmap decisions.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to support go-to-market strategies, product demonstrations, and sales enablement.\nDevelop and review technical presentations, blogs, demos, and other product collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.\nReview technical documentation and provide feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for product releases.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, high product quality, and alignment with customer expectations.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, Kubernetes, or cloud-native technologies.\nProven experience owning product roadmaps, managing product releases, and driving cross-functional execution.\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes, multi-cloud architectures, persistent storage, and cloud-native infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.\nHands-on knowledge of Linux and practical experience with Linux containers and Kubernetes technologies.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, storage technologies, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), enterprise logging, and monitoring solutions.\nStrong knowledge of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystem and open-source technologies.\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nDemonstrated experience managing small teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with container runtimes, Kubernetes workloads, and scheduling mechanisms.\nExperience evaluating the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira.\nAbility to create compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, blogs, and other technical collateral.\nExperience engaging with open-source communities, technology partners, customers, and industry analysts.\n\nWhat We're
