particularly migrations from Hadoop to Snowflake.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSnowflake Architecture & Design :\n\n- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data architectures using Snowflake.\n\n- Define target-state data warehouse and data platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.\n\n- Establish architecture standards, best practices, and scalable design patterns.\n\n- Ensure data platforms are designed for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nSnowflake Development :\n\n- Develop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, Snowpark, Python, and PySpark.\n\n- Build scalable data processing and transformation workflows.\n\n- Implement efficient data models and data pipelines within the Snowflake ecosystem.\n\n- Ensure high-quality and reliable data processing across enterprise data platforms.\n\nPerformance Optimization :\n\n- Analyze and optimize Snowflake workloads and platform performance.\n\n- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization strategies.\n\n- Optimize data processing, queries, and warehouse utilization to improve efficiency and scalability.\n\nLegacy Data Migration :\n\n- Lead and support the migration of legacy Big Data platforms, particularly Hadoop environments, to modern Snowflake-based architectures.\n\n- Assess existing data platforms and define appropriate migration strategies.\n\n- Design scalable migration approaches while ensuring data integrity and continuity.\n\n- Support modernization initiatives to transition legacy workloads to cloud-native data platforms.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.\n\n- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and data warehousing concepts.\n\n- Experience with Snowpark.\n\n- Strong programming experience in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with PySpark.\n\n- Experience designing scalable and cloud-native data architectures.\n\n- Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and design.\n\n- Experience with Hadoop and Big Data environments.\n\n- Proven experience in Hadoop-to-Snowflake migration or data platform modernization.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Experience :\n\n- Experience working on large-scale enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Experience defining target-state architecture and migration roadmaps.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud data engineering and modern data warehouse practices.\n\n- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams and provide
