We foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and employee growth.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented IT Recruiter & Employee Engagement Executive to manage end-to-end technical recruitment while supporting employee engagement, HR operations, vendor coordination, and employee grievance management at our Jaipur branch.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage both recruitment deliverables and employee-related activities efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. IT Recruitment\nManage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\nCoordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.\nMaintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\n\n2. Employee Engagement & HR Activities\nPlan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events, and cultural initiatives.\nOrganize employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.\nSupport employee onboarding, joining formalities, and other employee lifecycle activities.\nContribute to building a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.\n\n3. Employee Relations & Grievance Management\nAct as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.\nHandle employee concerns professionally and confidentially, coordinating with the relevant stakeholders for resolution.\nSupport employee communication, feedback collection, and resolution follow-ups.\nAssist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive employee experience.\n\n4. Vendor & Event Coordination\nCoordinate with vendors for employee events, celebrations, office activities, and other HR-related requirements.\nManage vendor communication, quotations, bookings, and coordination.\nEnsure events and activities are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.\nCoordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of branch-level activities.\n\n5.
