The platform is designed to operate offline, securely and at scale, helping reduce dependence on cloud services and fragmented infrastructure.\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Healthcare Software Trainer\n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Contract (12 months)\nRole Overview\nKadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract Healthcare Software Trainer who understands how to use electronic medical records and health information systems and can teach authorised users how to operate the assigned applications.\nScope of Engagement\nThe trainer will teach clients how to use the assigned healthcare software. Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.\n\n The role does not involve providing medical advice or making clinical decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTrain authorized client users on how to use the assigned healthcare software.\n\n Demonstrate relevant workflows such as patient registration, medical record management, encounter documentation and reporting, where supported.\n\n Explain Software features and routine tasks according to users' responsibilities.\n\n Prepare user guides, practical exercises and training materials.\n\n Guide participants through common application workflows and answer questions about their use.\n\n Adapt training to the needs of healthcare and administrative personnel.\n\n Reinforce appropriate handling of confidential patient information during training.\n\n Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring further instruction.\nRequirements\nDemonstrable experience using OpenMRS.\n\n Good understanding of the relevant software workflows.\n\n Ability to explain software features clearly to healthcare and administrative users.\n\n Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.\n\n Ability to prepare practical training materials.\n\n Experience in health information management, medical records, healthcare administration or clinical practice is desirable, depending on the assignment.\n\n Understanding of confidentiality when handling healthcare information.\nSoftware Knowledge Required:\nOpenMRS.\nApplication Closing Date\n\n11th December,
