Title: HR & Recruitment Software Trainer\n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Contract (12 months)\n\nRole Overview\n\nKadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract HR & Recruitment Software Trainer who understands how to use HR and recruitment software and can teach clients to use them for employee administration, recruitment and related workforce activities.\n\nScope of Engagement\n\nCoding, software development and technical integration are not required.\nThe role focuses on teaching clients how to use the assigned applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTrain clients on how to use the assigned HR and recruitment software.\nExplain how users carry out routine HR and recruitment activities using the applications.\nDemonstrate relevant features for employee records, leave management, attendance, recruitment, candidate tracking, onboarding and HR reporting, where supported.\nAdapt training to clients' HR processes and the needs of different user groups.\nPrepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.\nAnswer questions about the features and everyday use of the applications.\nAssess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring further instruction.\nGuide participants through common tasks using practical examples.\n\nRequirements\n\nDemonstrable experience using at least three of the listed HR or recruitment software.\nExperience in HR, recruitment, payroll administration, time and attendance or personnel management is desirable.\nStrong communication, presentation and teaching skills.\nGood understanding of HR administration, recruitment or workforce management processes.\nAbility to prepare practical training materials.\nAbility to demonstrate software features and explain workflows clearly.\n\nSoftware Knowledge Required:\n\nSentrifugo\nHorilla\nOther comparable standalone open-source HR and recruitment applications.\nIceHrm\nOpenCATS\nOrangeHRM (open-source
