Title: HR & Recruitment Software Trainer\n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Contract (12 months)\nRole Overview\nKadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract HR & Recruitment Software Trainer who understands how to use HR and recruitment software and can teach clients to use them for employee administration, recruitment and related workforce activities.\nScope of Engagement\nThe role focuses on teaching clients how to use the assigned applications.\n\n Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.\nKey Responsibilities\nTrain clients on how to use the assigned HR and recruitment software.\n\n Demonstrate relevant features for employee records, leave management, attendance, recruitment, candidate tracking, onboarding and HR reporting, where supported.\n\n Explain how users carry out routine HR and recruitment activities using the applications.\n\n Guide participants through common tasks using practical examples.\n\n Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.\n\n Answer questions about the features and everyday use of the applications.\n\n Adapt training to clients' HR processes and the needs of different user groups.\n\n Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring further instruction.\nRequirements\nDemonstrable experience using at least three of the listed HR or recruitment software.\n\n Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment or workforce management processes.\n\n Ability to demonstrate software features and explain workflows clearly.\n\n Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.\n\n Ability to prepare practical training materials.\n\n Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll administration, time and attendance or personnel management is desirable.\nSoftware Knowledge Required:\nOrangeHRM (open-source edition)\n\n IceHrm\n\n Sentrifugo\n\n TimeTrex Community Edition\n\n Horilla\n\n OpenCATS\n\n Laravel/Filament-based HRM
