Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.\nKey Responsibilities\nTrain clients on how to use the assigned school management or student administration software.\n\n Demonstrate relevant functions such as admissions, student records, enrolment, course registration, academic records and reporting, where supported.\n\n Explain how users complete routine academic and administrative tasks.\n\n Guide participants through practical examples relevant to educational institutions.\n\n Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.\n\n Answer questions about the everyday use of the software.\n\n Adapt training to the needs of administrative staff, academic staff and other authorised users.\n\n Assess participants' understanding and
