We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern UScompressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe selected candidate will:\nSupervise all branch;sales,administrative and service personnel.\nHelp to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.\nHave profit and loss responsibility for the branch.\nSupervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser’s operational guidelines.\nAssist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all. \nRequired Qualifications:\nThe successful candidate’s background will include: \nHS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred)\n3-5 years’ management experience, preferably in the compressed air industryor industrial/manufacturing environment.\nThe ability to develop new business while increasing existing business\nExhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.\nClean driving record (required)\nComputer skills (required)\nSAP experience A PLUS!\nThis is a salary position, with an annual range of $140,000-$180,000, to commensurate with experience.
