We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe selected candidate will:\nUtilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.\nExecute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.\nCreate sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles. \nExecute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.\nRequired Qualifications:\nThe successful candidate’s background will include:\nHS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).\n5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience. \nThe ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.\nExhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.\nClean driving record (required).\nComputer skills (required).\nSAP experience A PLUS!\nThis is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $120,000-$160,000, to commensurate with experience and performance.
