Position yourself to step up from Junior Mechanic to Mechanic I at the end of your first year.\n\nThrive with Low-Stress Leadership:Experience autonomous management that trusts you to do your job, paired with an accessible open-door policy and active team leads directly on the floor whenever you need a hand.\n\nAssemble Custom Systems:Work in collaborative teams, paired alongside experienced mechanics to build custom compressed air enclosures.\n\nWork with Specialty Equipment:Operate pipe threading machines, electric conduit benders, overhead cranes and other shop equipment to assemble high quality components.\n\nHandle Electrical Setup:Bend and install conduit using electric and hand benders. Install essential electrical components including switches, lights, disconnects, and control panels.\n\nPerform Mechanical Assembly:Precision cut, fit, and install compressed air piping, steel plate, unistrut channel, and ductwork.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nThe successful candidate’s background will include:\nHigh school diploma\n\nBasic mechanical skills, mechanical aptitude.\n\nReading and understanding of blueprints, preferred, but not required\n\nBasic understanding of electrical wiring, preferred, but not required.\n\nForklift experience preferred, but not required\n\nFamiliarity with rigging and the operation of overhead cranes preferred, but not required\n\nGood communication skills\n\nBasic computer skills\n\nRegular physical attendance at the worksite.\n\nWork hours and environment:\n7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday\n\nHeated and air conditioned\n\nCompany provided tools\n\nCompany provided uniforms\n\nSafety shoe allowance\n\nThis is an hourly position, with a range of $20-$30. Title level and salary to commensurate with experience.
