To learn more about Kaeser, visit our website at us.kaeser.com, and for a sneak peek into what it's like being a part of the Kaeser Family, view this video.\nWe are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial, production or service environment to fill the position of Mid-to-High Level Mechanic (Mechanic II-III) for our growing team in Fredericksburg, VA.\nThe selected candidate will:\nWork in a team environment\nInstall air compressors, air dryers and controllers\nInstall electrical components such as switches, lights, conduit, disconnects and panels\nCut and install aluminum pipe, steel plate and Unistrut channels\nInsulate and install duct work\nCut, bend and pull wire\nRequired Qualifications\nThe successful candidate’s background will include:\nHigh school diploma\nBasic mechanical skills, mechanical aptitude\nWelding, metal cutting and painting skills\nReading and understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings\nBasic understanding of electrical circuits\nForklift experience preferred, but not required\nFamiliarity with rigging and the operation of overhead cranes\nGood communication skills\nBasic computer skills\nRegular physical attendance at the worksite.\nWork hours and environment:\n7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday\nHeated and air conditioned\nCompany provided tools\nCompany provided uniforms\nSafety shoe allowance\nThis is a hourly position, with a range of $24-$30.
