professional development.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Innovation & Technology team and play a key role in designing and deploying AI solutions across the business.\nThe role combines hands-on AI engineering with close collaboration with internal teams, with the aim of embedding practical, high-impact AI capabilities into how KAFKAS works.\nThis is a Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and deploy AI agents and assistants using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry\nConnect AI solutions with the enterprise data warehouse and third-party systems through APIs and data pipelines\nEvaluate and implement LLM-based tools with compliance requirements in mind, including GDPR and the EU AI Act\nBuild proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI use cases identified through the AI Ambassadors program\nCollaborate closely with Power Platform developers, Enterprise Architecture and business teams to ensure end-to-end, production-ready solutions\nMonitor model performance, run evaluations and continuously optimize AI solutions\nContribute to clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing with non-technical audiences\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering or another related technical field\nAt least 1 year of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with a focus on AI applications\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or an equivalent Azure AI/ML ecosystem\nExperience with LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering\nGood knowledge of Python and REST APIs\nUnderstanding of data pipelines and integration with third-party systems\nVery good command of English, both written and
