professional development.\nAbout the Role:\nAt KAFKAS, the Category Manager drives category growth and profitability by shaping product strategy and developing a competitive portfolio across B2B and B2C markets.\nCombining market insights with commercial analysis, the role focuses on optimizing product assortment, pricing, and availability to maximize business performance and unlock new growth opportunities.\nLeading a team of two direct reports, the Category Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to strengthen market positioning and deliver sustainable business growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement category strategies, product roadmaps, and portfolio plans aligned with business objectives\nManage product assortment and lifecycle, identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion, optimization, and standardization\nMonitor sales performance, including sell-in and sell-out, gross margin by material, and inventory levels, taking action to improve commercial results\nContribute to pricing decisions, product line-up planning, and category profitability\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and support innovation\nEnsure accurate and complete product information across available channels, including specifications, images, and commercial content\nCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams, including Demand Planning, Marketing, and Material, to ensure product availability and effective portfolio management\nLead and develop a team of two direct reports, setting We’re Looking For:\n4-5 years of experience in Category Management or a related commercial role\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills\nVery good command of English, both written and
