Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την εποπτεία της διαδικασίας Demand & Forecasting, τη βελτιστοποίηση αποθεμάτων και τη συνεργασία με πολλαπλά τμήματα για την επίτευξη των στόχων διαθεσιμότητας και κόστους.\nΚύριες Αρμοδιότητες\nΕποπτεία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας Demand Planning.\nΑνάλυση ιστορικών δεδομένων πωλήσεων και τάσεων αγοράς για τη δημιουργία προβλέψεων\nΣυνεργασία με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων, Marketing και Logistics για ενοποιημένες πρόβλεψης ζήτησης\nΑνάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση KPIs για την ακρίβεια προβλέψεων\nΣυμμετοχή στη διαδικασία S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)\nΠαρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίηση επιπέδων αποθέματος ανά κατάστημα και στην κεντρική αποθήκη\nΕντοπισμός και διαχείριση προϊόντων με υπερβάλλον ή ελλιπές απόθεμα\nΣυμβολή στον καθορισμό safety stock και reorder points\nΣυνεισφορά στη συνεχή βελτίωση εργαλείων και διαδικασιών πρόβλεψης \nΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα\nΠτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μαθηματικά, Logistics ή συναφές αντικείμενο\nΕμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3-5 ετών σε ρόλο Demand Planning, εκ των οποίων 1-2 σε εποπτικό ρόλο\nΠολύ καλή γνώση Excel και Power BI\nΕξοικείωση με ERP/MRP συστήματα -
