At KAFKAS, we are looking for aMarketing Communication Assistant to join our Marketing team and contribute to the day-to-day organisation, coordination, and implementation of corporate communication activities.

This role combines administrative and organisational responsibilities with active involvement in Marketing projects, corporate events, creative campaigns, and communication initiatives. It offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across different areas of Marketing Communication while collaborating with colleagues across the company and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination: Support the daily operations of the Marketing team, coordinate requests with our store network across Greece and Cyprus and other departments, manage corporate sponsorship requests, and monitor Marketing expenses and reporting.
• Marketing Communication & Content: Support content creation and editing for corporate and marketing channels, including articles, press releases, and corporate texts in Greek and English. Manage the corporate website through WordPress, contribute to communication campaigns and content calendars, prepare creative briefs, and coordinate with media outlets and external partners.
• Events & Corporate Activities: Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, exhibitions, and business trips, managing practical arrangements such as invitations, participant lists, bookings, tickets, and travel logistics.
• Digital Platforms & Reporting: Monitor the digital screens and audio messaging platform across our store network, coordinate content updates with external partners, and collect and organise data for Marketing reports and presentations.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the field
• A degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational and communication skills,
• Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset, confidence in working with different teams and external partners, and willingness to participate in corporate events, activities, and business trips
