The role ensures accurate business requirements, KPI consistency, technical alignment, data quality, and final acceptance of BI deliverables, acting as the key link between business, IT/BI, and vendors while mentoring mid-level analysts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead business requirements gathering and validation (wholesale & retail).\nDefine, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and business rules.\nApprove functional and technical specifications and perform UAT sign-off.\nOwn BI/reporting roadmap alignment with business priorities and IT capabilities.\nCoordinate and oversee external vendors delivering BI, EDW, ETL, and reporting solutions.\nEnsure compliance with BI architecture, data models, standards, and naming conventions.\nOversee EDW using medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and semantic layers.\nSupervise ETL/ELT logic, data lineage, transformations, and data quality controls.\nPerform advanced SQL Server validations, reconciliations, and root cause analysis.\nReview semantic models, validate DAX calculations, KPI definitions, security models, and reporting standards in Power BI\nEstablish acceptance criteria, manage change requests, risks, and delivery quality.\nMentor mid-level BI analysts and strengthen internal BI ownership and documentation.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Economics, or related field.\n6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst in IT/BI environments.\nProven ownership role in vendor-driven BI or data projects.\nExperience in wholesale and/or retail environments.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of EDW architectures and data modeling concepts.\nSolid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality practices.\nAdvanced SQL Server skills for validation and troubleshooting.\nVery good knowledge of Power BI, tabular modeling, and KPI validation (DAX).\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills.\nAbility to define clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and quality controls.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams.\nStrong focus on data quality, KPI
