The primary goal of this position is to work directly with clients and serve customers by planning, executing, and closing projects in the energy field. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP projects and proven experience of the project management implementation. The main responsibilities of the Mid-level Project Engineer include.Responsibilities:\nOversee the design, installation, and testing of MEP and BMS systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and satisfy the client.\nCoordinate the work of MEP subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve technical issues.\nReview and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other technical documentation.\nCollaborate with all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project.\nProvide regular progress reports and identify potential issues or risks to the project team.\nAddress client concerns and provide technical expertise to resolve any issues.\nOverseeing the testing and commissioning process, ensuring the system is properly tested and commissioned.\nPreparing comprehensive handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in engineering or related field.\n3-7 years of experience in the MEP and BMS field.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal\nPMP certificate is preferred.\nGood technical background.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.\nTeam working skills Preferred Skills :\nGood English writing skills (proposal making, correspondence) to make comprehensive offers.\nStrong communication skills with capability to negotiate and manage projects plans.\nGood Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nSolid skills in MS Office
