The primary goal of the position is to work closely with the energy auditing team to conduct the required site surveys and studies in accordance with ASHRAE standards. The candidate shall have the required knowledge and skills in the implementation of energy management solutions for commercial and industrial facilities (i.e., proposal phase, Detailed studies, and execution of energy-saving performance contracts). The successful candidate will be required to be aware of M&V activities and to develop energy improvements solutions according to a solid-science and engineering approach. The candidate shall ability to prepare a technical report on the technical issues and progress to the direct supervisor. The candidate should have knowledge of the operation of HVAC equipment (DX Units, All kinds of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chilled water Applications Like AHU’s, FCU’s, and Boilers) water pumps, motors, lighting, and BMS systems.Responsibilities:\nConduct a preliminary energy study in accordance with ASHRAE standard.\nCapability to perform data collection, processing, and analysis for preliminary energy studies for commercial and industrial facilities.\nDevelop and implement M&V plans for energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects at various facilities.\nProvide technical assistance with ongoing review of data from energy management systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and energy savings analysis in co-ordination with the Energy Management Team.\nPerform savings and performance analysis according to a solid-science and engineering bases, reporting and/or presentations for customers.\nInspect or evaluate building envelopes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or process systems to determine the energy consumption of each system.\nData entry and documentation of the obtained raw data and observations.\nCapability to request and obtain technical and commercial offers from the relating suppliers/ vendors/ and contractors for delivering, installing, and commissioning energy operating equipment and systems.\nSupport in overseeing the installation of ECMs.\nInspect and measure the implemented energy management solutions to ensure proper installation and commissioning.\nSupport efforts of Maintenance to troubleshoot problems.\nSupport in Measurement & Verification plans as per the international guidelines (IPMVP).\nExcellent self-leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.\nRequirements\nBSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.\n5 -7 years’ experience in Energy and sustainability fields.\nGood English writing skills (proposal making, correspondence) to make comprehensive offers also verbal communication skills.\nGood Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood Knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word & PPT, Excel), AutoCAD, HAP & Simulations Software is required to carry out the job\nGood Knowledge of Building management systems.\nHaving Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified measurement and verification Professional (CMVP) are a must PREFERRED
