The role requires technical depth in HVAC systems, thermal systems, lighting, compressed air, and building automation, combined with leadership in developing and implementing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). The candidate will be supervising junior engineers, preparing detailed audit reports, and supporting energy efficiency projects under Energy Performance Contracting (EPC).Responsibilities:\nLead and execute ASHRAE Level I, II, and III audits for commercial and industrial facilities.\nPerform baseline energy assessments and develop ECMs for HVAC, lighting, boilers, chillers, furnaces, compressed air, water systems, etc.\nConduct energy modeling and simulation studies to evaluate potential energy savings.\nDevelop financial analyses (ROI, payback, life-cycle cost analysis) for ECMs.\nEnsure compliance with SEEC, Saudi building codes, and international standards.\nPrepare comprehensive audit reports with technical and financial recommendations.\nGuide and mentor junior engineers/auditors in survey techniques, data analysis, and report preparation.\nOversee implementation of ECMs, including retrofits, operational improvements, and system upgrades.\nManage M&V activities in line with IPMVP protocols to validate achieved savings.\nCollaborate with design, operations, and project management teams to integrate energy efficiency into facility operations.\nPresent findings and recommendations effectively to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.\nProvide support To procurement team for purchase orders and Vendor Negotiation.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Thermal Engineering.\n6-8 years of proven experience in energy auditing or deep operation & maintenance experience for commercial & industrial sectors.\nHands-on experience in ASHRAE Level I, II, and III audits.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, thermal, hydraulic, and process systems.\nCertifications of CEM, CMVP are plus\nSoft Skills:\nStrong leadership and mentoring
