You will work with architects, data engineers and application developers to deliver intelligent assistants, RAG applications and agentic workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop AI assistants and GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nBuild agent workflows with tool calling, memory and API integration using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent.\nDevelop retrieval pipelines for structured and unstructured data using embeddings, vector databases and search services.\nIntegrate AI applications with enterprise systems and deploy secure, scalable services, primarily on Azure.\nTest and improve response quality, retrieval accuracy, latency and cost; implement guardrails for privacy and responsible AI.\nContribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and technical documentation.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n4–7 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on delivery of AI or GenAI applications.\nStrong Python and SQL skills, with experience developing backend services and REST APIs.\nPractical experience with LLM services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini or Claude.\nHands-on knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, vector search and model evaluation.\nExperience with an AI orchestration framework and familiarity with agentic workflows.\nExperience with Git, cloud deployment and modern software development practices.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.\n\nDesirable:\nExposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Document Intelligence, Databricks, Docker or MLOps/LLMOps.
