You’ll work closely with our Chief Solutions Officer and Oslo-based Product team on strategy, product roadmaps, and commercial initiatives.\nThe role is designed to grow in scope over time, with the opportunity to take on more ownership of the Kahoot! 360 solution as you deepen your understanding of our organisation, customers, and market.\nThis position is based at our HQ in Oslo.\nYour Role\nReporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, commercial execution, and thought leadership.\nMarket Evangelism & Thought Leadership\nExternal Evangelism: Represent Kahoot! 360 with customers and industry audiences through events, webinars, customer conversations, and industry forums.\nNarrative Shaping: Shape and communicate Kahoot! 360’s point of view on corporate learning, employee engagement, and internal communication.\nIndustry Engagement: Build relationships across the global Learning & Development community and strengthen Kahoot!’s voice in the space.\nSegment Growth\nCommercial & Product Roadmapping: Work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer, senior leadership, and Product to help shape the commercial and product roadmap for Kahoot! 360, turning customer needs, market opportunities, and business ambitions into clear priorities.\nMarket Intelligence: Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company, bringing insights on the competitive landscape and emerging trends into our strategy and priorities.\nKey Initiatives: Oversee and orchestrate key initiatives with relevant internal teams to accelerate product adoption and global revenue growth.\nThe Bridge Between Customers, Product, Sales & Marketing\nCustomer & Commercial Solutions: Translate market needs and customer pain points into impactful commercial products and initiatives.\nCross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions aren't just built well, but are “sold right” and resonate with corporate trainers and HR leaders.\nRoadblock Removal: Act as the operational “glue” across teams, helping turn the Kahoot! at Work strategy into execution.\nRequirements\nWho you are\nStrategy & SaaS Experience: You bring experience from management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS businesses gained either in-house or through advisory work.\nProduct & Commercial Experience: You have experience working closely with Product teams and translating customer and market insights into product and commercial priorities.\nStrong Presenter & Communicator: You’re comfortable engaging senior executives, customers, and external audiences, can simplify complex topics, and confidently represent Kahoot! at webinars and industry events.\nYour Toolkit\nStoryteller: You can turn complex products, market insights, and strategic ideas into compelling narratives.\nStrategic & Operational: You can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, helping turn ideas into concrete initiatives and action.\nInfluential Collaborator: You build trust, bring different perspectives together, and create alignment without relying on formal authority.\nWork Style\nLong-Term Mindset: You take the time to understand the business and what already works, build strong relationships, and focus on creating lasting impact over time.\nCurious & Insight-Driven: You seek out customer, market, and product insights and use them to inform better decisions.\nBonus Points\nExperience with corporate learning, Learning & Development, or training is a plus, but not a requirement.\nAbout Kahoot!\nAt the Kahoot!
