Senior AI / ML Engineer

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in different stages of complex NLP solutions (search and recommendation systems): data science, distributed data pipelines, model building (training and evaluation), and LLM orchestration.
• Keeping abreast of the frontier of AI research and who would like to see impact through real-world deployments and launches.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-stage ML/AI enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with developing large-scale applications in cloud production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or private cloud).
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or other OOP languages (e. g., Go/C++/Java). Familiarity with NoSQL DBs, Vector DBs, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Exposure to search frameworks like Elasticsearch, Lucene, and Solr is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to find creative solutions to real-world problems and take end-to-end ownership of building and shipping.
• Thrives in fast-paced development cycles for full-stack solutions.
• A customer-obsessed mindset.
