You will also be kAIgentic’s experience lead across the platform. You will set the principles and patterns every product follows, and own the journeys that cross product boundaries.\nOur users do hard, regulated work: confirming how a bank process really runs, redesigning it, and deciding what to automate. The job is not to make that work look simple. It is to remove the labour that shouldn’t be there, keep the expert judgment that should, and make human review mean something.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine the UX vision that maximizes adoption and quantifiable value across the kAIgentic product suite.\n\nArchitect integrated experience roadmaps that reconcile enterprise governance, legacy workflows, and AI capabilities into seamless user journeys.\n\nInfluence senior leadership, customers, and engineering partners to align feature priorities with reduced cognitive load and heightened trust.\n\nRepresent kAIgentic in customer workshops and industry panels, extracting tacit knowledge that refines the product experience.\n\nDefine measurable adoption and impact metrics, linking user behavior to business outcomes and informing iterative improvement.\n\nArchitect the translation of market, regulatory, and workflow insights into clear product briefs and decision criteria.\n\nInfluence the adoption of AI-enhanced design and research tools within product teams, accelerating evidence-based iteration.\n\nOwn your product area\nSet strategy, roadmap and requirements. Write the specs engineering builds from, and make the scope calls, including what to cut.\n\nRun discovery with the people who do the work. These are experts in banking operations, risk and compliance, often in Japan, and often in situations where you cannot observe the work directly.\n\nDefine success measures that tie user behaviour to outcomes and quality, such as effort per confirmed process, rework and review quality, not adoption alone.\n\nLead experience across the platform\nSet the experience principles and interaction patterns all products follow. These cover how the product shows confidence and uncertainty, when it asks a person for input, and how review and approval work. Hold the bar in design reviews.\n\nOwn the journeys that cross products, so that what a user confirms in one carries cleanly into the next.\n\nDesign human review that auditors and regulators would accept as meaningful, not a rubber stamp, and define how we measure that it is.\n\nDesign for mixed audiences in the same flow: experts who use the product once or twice, and analysts who work in it daily.\n\nPrototype with AI tools quickly enough to test ideas with users in days, and raise the team’s practice to match.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nProven expertise delivering UX-focused product strategy for large-enterprise AI solutions, with a track record of driving adoption and measurable value\n\nMastery of product discovery and delivery frameworks, including hypothesis-driven research, PRD authoring, and iterative validation.\n\nDeep knowledge of enterprise workflow analysis, governance models, compliance constraints, and integration patterns.\n\nExpertise in AI research fundamentals and the ability to translate model capabilities into user-centric features.\n\nStrong capability in designing and evaluating user experiences that reduce cognitive load, clarify intent, and build trust.\n\nSkilled at synthesizing market, regulatory, and customer insights into concise product briefs and strategic direction.\n\nExceptional judgment in balancing technical feasibility, security, and scalability with user value.\n\nClear, persuasive communication with senior stakeholders, engineering, and customers, both in writing and presentations.\n\nA track record of owning both a product and its experience in enterprise software used for complex, high-stakes work.\n\nJudgment to separate essential complexity from accidental complexity. You can show where you removed work and where you deliberately kept it.\n\nExperience designing oversight of AI or automated decisions, including how model uncertainty and failure reach the user.\n\nStrong skill at eliciting knowledge from domain experts. Experience in a regulated industry, with banking preferred.\n\nHands-on prototyping, including fluency with AI design and prototyping tools. AI-native velocity as a default mode of working\n\nClear writing: specs, decision briefs and principles that others can apply without you in the room.\n\nInfluence without authority across product managers, engineering and global stakeholders.
