Sr. Software Engineer - III (Platform)

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Infrastructure team, you will own significant components of kAIgentic's agentic orchestration platform. You'll design and build systems that handle stateful, long-running AI workflows with enterprise-grade reliability and observability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement durable workflow systems using Temporal for multi-step agentic processes.
• Build the orchestration layer for LangGraph-based agent coordination.
• Develop self-correction loops that validate LLM outputs and trigger re-prompting on schema failures.
• Create comprehensive observability pipelines using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix.
• Implement interrupt-and-resume patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows; own reliability and failure handling for critical workflow components.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions; drive AI-native development practices across the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems; expert AI-native development capability (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Go and Python; deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:

• Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence, or similar); agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration.
• Distributed systems at scale; observability and tracing systems.
• gRPC and service mesh architectures; experience with state management in distributed environments.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects.
