Join us and be part of something bigger.\nJoin Kainos and Help Shape the Future of Workday Financials\nKainos is one of the world's most established Workday partners, helping global organisations transform their finance operations through the power of Workday.\nWe're looking for a Principal Workday Financials Solution Architect to provide technical and functional leadership across complex Workday Financials programmes.\nThis is an opportunity to work directly with senior client stakeholders, influence strategic transformation initiatives, support business growth and help develop a world-class Workday Financials practice.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the solution design and successful delivery of large-scale Workday Financials implementations.\nAct as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Transformation Leaders and executive stakeholders.\nProvide architectural guidance and resolution for complex functional and business challenges.\nPartner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality, scalable and sustainable solutions.\nSupport pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, estimates and client presentations.\nContribute to capability growth through mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing.\nHelp attract, develop and retain top Workday talent.\nRepresent Kainos as a Workday Financials subject matter expert both internally and externally.\nRequired Experience\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must have:\nCurrent Workday Financials Certification.\nPrevious consulting experience within a Workday Partner organisation.\nExtensive experience leading and architecting Workday Financials implementations.\nDeep expertise in Workday Financial Management and Foundation Data Model (FDM).\nProven experience operating as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect or Principal Consultant on enterprise-scale Workday programmes.\nExperience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and leading strategic client discussions.\nStrong understanding of finance transformation, operating models and shared services environments.\nExperience working across multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live support.\nExperience supporting business development, solution estimation or pre-sales activities.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.\nPreferred Experience\nCertifications across additional Workday Financials products and modules.\nExperience with Procurement, Expenses, Revenue Management, Accounting Center and Reporting.\nExperience leading global or multi-country Workday deployments.\nEmbracing our differences\nAt Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
