Join us and be part of something bigger.\nAs aWorkday Payroll Associate Manager in Kainos, you’llwork in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.You will build relationships with our customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. You’llprovideexcellent guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements. You’llsupport junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.\nMINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:\nAt least2-3years of Workday Payroll implementation experience.\nAt least 2years configuringWorkday Payroll implementation from E2E with the last 3years.\nCertification in Workday United States Payroll.\nThe ability to build complex payroll calculations.\nExperience with multiple positions.\nExperience with implementing multiple FEIN’s.\nUS SPECIFIC:\nStrong understanding of state taxes, local taxes, and FLSA calculations.\nAnunderstanding of Workday Payroll, US Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence products and the interdependencies with Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence as well as other cross functional capabilities\nExperience with Payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master), retirement benefits (401K etc.), payroll processing, Unions/Collective Bargaining Agreementsand payroll accounting.\nExcellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyondto satisfy a customer\nStrong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibilityand empathy, including in a remote working situation. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences\nStrong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics\nBroad business and technology understanding and a good awareness of industry trendsin either Human Resource management, Financials or Enterprise Resource Planning or Payroll\nAbility to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of Customer demands and Kainos commercials\nAbility to widen and maintain a network of external contacts\nStrong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers\nWilling to participate in PATT team internal discussions and help where possible \nWilling and able to act as a role model within the capability and mentor and/or line manage more junior consultants\nWilling to assist AMS with questions related to your subject area \nAble to implement improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice\nCommercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets\nAble to rotate through various Workday delivery services\nAble, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required) DESIRABLE:\nWorkday United States Payroll Certified required\nProfessional qualifications in your area of expertise (Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)\nExperience in post deployment services\nEmbracing our differences\nAt Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
