Join us and be part of something bigger.\nJob Description\nAs a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building PRISM and complex Workday reports within our products for our clients. This will transform their Workday experience and provide complex insights into their data based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.\nYou will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will be a lead within the Reporting & Analytics space and provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.\nYou will join the team with experience in the following areas: PRISM, Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and building complex Calculated Fields. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.\nAs a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:\nConduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needs\nWork with our Solution Architects and Product Manager on the design of the product\nDevelop reporting solutions varying in complexity\nDesign, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clients\nProvide subject matter expertise on Workday best practice\nContribute to internal Reporting & Analytics goals and initiatives\nProvide mentorship to more junior Consultants\nWork closely with other Reporting Consultants to configure unique solutions\nMaintain your Workday Certifications\nGain knowledge in new Reporting & Analytics features\nWe're looking for someone with:\nWorkday HCM or Financials certification (PRISM certification preferred).\n3+ years of Workday Reporting and PRISM experience, with strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reports.\nStrong understanding of the Workday reporting framework, including Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Report Writer.\nExperience with EIBs and data conversion .\nBroad Workday functional knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders, prioritising workload, and delivering against SLAs and deadlines.\nExcellent customer-facing, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nDesirable:\nExperience with Financials reporting, leading reporting projects, or Big Data technologies would be advantageous.\nExperience on projects with Extend applications\nEmbracing our differences\nAt Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
