We are seeking highly motivated individuals to participate in on-the-job training that will enable them to support process equipment operations. In this Skillbridge program opportunity, you will learn skills on the job in order to contribute to the development and deployment of the company’s engineering testing capabilities including assembly, maintenance and operation of hardware, power supplies, heater controllers, controls and instrumentation, and general equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in his/her hands-on work, organizational skills, and attention to detail. \nResponsibilities \nAssembles and installs process and auxiliary equipment into assigned facilities, using heavy equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and overhead hoists to support installation. \nCommissions, operates, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment.\nPerforms acceptance testing following new equipment installation including hydrostatic, pneumatic, I/O checks, and electrical component calibrations checks.\nSupports day-to-day operations of the assigned facility including startup, monitor, and shutdown processes and auxiliary equipment.\nMonitors equipment performance by interpreting and trending process parameters.
