Assist with technical issues, equipment performance issues, root cause analysis, training, and compliance issues.\nEnter downtime events into tracking system with all technical details associated with event, and root cause identified\nLead/Supervise Maintenance craft personnel\nOrganize, track, and implement minor equipment/process improvements projects\nOptimize equipment through establishments of equipment reliability practices\nAbout you:\n2-year technical degree in a Maintenance related discipline or related work experience\n3 - 5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance, Engineering, or related field in an industrial environment\nHas maintenance supervisory experience in an industrial environment\nAny combination of working knowledge on pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment\nSafety mindset with thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures\nInitiative to problem solve and take independent action\nGreat communication with the ability to adjust communication style and interact across all levels of the organization\nMust be organized with great time management to manage multiple priorities\nTeam Kaiser\nTalented people join our team because we are a company passionate about environmental sustainability, employee growth, contributing back to our communities and championing a diverse and inclusive culture.
