Flexibility in work hours aligned with USA business hours is a key requirement, ensuring effective Operations/Inventory management during this critical time.\nResponsibilities:\nMultichannel Expertise:\nLeverage a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon USA using FBA in a management role.\nDeep experience in driving growth through various e-commerce platforms including Shopify\nManage and expand our operations to various platforms beyond Amazon, developing a comprehensive multichannel strategy.\nInternational Expansion:\nLead the expansion of our operations into new countries, diversifying our global presence.\nDevelop and execute strategies for successful entry into diverse international markets that drive revenue growth.\nFlexible Work Hours:\nPossess the flexibility to work during USA business hours, addressing operational gaps during critical periods.\nCoordinate and optimize Operations/Inventory management across various time zones.\nCollaboration and Integration:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate international operations with our multichannel strategy.\nCollaborate with the team to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.\nDevelop and implement cross-departmental processes and SOPs\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on leadership experience working for a company that sells on Amazon USA using FBA.\nBachelor’s Degree Required\nExpert-level understanding of Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and marketplace dynamics.\nProven track record of successful international expansion efforts, with a focus on multichannel strategies.\nFlexible work hours to accommodate USA business hours and operational needs.\nExcellent verbal and written English
