Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, technology teams, and development teams to translate business needs into clear functional and data requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Conduct requirements gathering and requirement elicitation sessions with Wealth business stakeholders to understand business processes, data needs, reporting requirements, and expected outcomes.\n\n- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical teams to define business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Support migration of Wealth data platforms from on-premises SQL environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud.\n\n- Analyze existing on-premises data structures, business rules, data flows, and dependencies to support cloud migration and modernization.\n\n- Work closely with data engineering teams to define and validate requirements for Data Products developed as part of the Wealth platform modernization.\n\n- Identify source systems and understand how data is generated, transformed, integrated, and consumed across the Wealth ecosystem.\n\n- Perform data analysis and data profiling to understand data quality, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and business-rule compliance.\n\n- Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze source and target data, investigate data discrepancies, validate business rules, and support requirements analysis.\n\n- Use Databricks SQL and queries to analyze cloud-based datasets and validate data within Azure-based Data Products.\n\n- Perform source-to-target analysis and support data mapping between legacy on-premises systems and cloud environments.\n\n- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Developers, QA teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n\n- Translate complex technical and data concepts into understandable business requirements and communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams.\n\n- Participate in data validation, reconciliation, UAT, defect triage, and production implementation activities.\n\n- Investigate data issues by tracing data across source systems, transformation logic, Data Products, and downstream consumers.\n\n- Document business rules, data definitions, source-to-target mappings, data lineage, requirements, and process flows.\n\n- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- SQL : data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, validation, joins, aggregations, filtering, and complex queries\n\n- Databricks SQL : cloud data analysis and Data Product validation\n\n- Microsoft Azure : understanding of cloud data platforms, migration concepts, and Azure-based data solutions\n\n- Salesforce : understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, fields, relationships, and source-system data\n\n- Data Profiling & Data Quality\n\n- Data Mapping & Source-to-Target Analysis\n\n- Data Products / Data Product Development\n\n- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines\n\n- Agile / Scrum methodology\n\n- JIRA / Confluence or similar initiatives.\n\n- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.\n\n- Experience working with Azure, Databricks, and Salesforce.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\n- Strong
