We are a product-led, fast-growing SaaS company with a diverse team and a globally active customer base.\nKaizo is leveraging gamification and machine learning to make the daily work experience for customer support agents more engaging, fun and productive.\nWe run our entire infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, managing Kubernetes clusters that handle 200+ million events daily, with data flowing through Kafka streams and being stored in Elasticsearch and MongoDB.\nOur cloud architecture is designed around GCP best practices to create a resilient, auto-scaling infrastructure that supports our microservices ecosystem and data processing pipelines.\nWhat are your 12 labours here?\nDesigning and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced startup environment\n\nManaging and optimizing GCP services\n\nBuilding Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Github actions\n\nWorking with development teams to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions\n\nMonitoring system performance, implementing observability solutions, and ensuring high availability across all services\n\nAnalyzing infrastructure needs, suggesting improvements to our cloud architecture with freedom to implement innovative solutions\n\nImplementing and maintaining security best practices to ensure a secure and protected cloud environment, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance frameworks\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring to the table?\n3+ years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud infrastructure management\n\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, Docker containerization, and orchestration at scale\n\nExperience managing and scaling Kafka clusters, Elasticsearch deployments, and MongoDB instances in production environments\n\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager) and CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (New relic, Logging, APM solutions)\n\nKnowledge of networking, security best practices, and cost optimization in cloud environments\n\nExperience working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and DevOps engineers\n\nBS/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nAn office right in the heart of Amsterdam\n\nGreat office gear: MacBook, tools, desks, chair -
