This role is focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications, integrations, and data pipelines directly alongside customer teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner directly with customer engineering and business teams to scope the highest-impact use cases\nDesign, build, and deploy production-grade applications, integrations, and data pipelines on top of the platform\nPrototype rapidly in close collaboration with customers, refining based on their feedback\nWork hands-on with LLM-based systems, from prompting and RAG to agent workflows, debugging and resolving issues in live, in-production deployments, often under time pressure\nTurn recurring customer needs into concrete feedback for product and engineering to improve the core platform\nCore Requirements\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of customer-facing or high-ambiguity work\nStrong coding ability in at least one of Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go\nTrack record shipping fullstack applications, APIs, and data pipelines end to end\nWorking knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), databases, and SQL\nHands-on experience with LLM-based systems (prompting, RAG, evals, agent workflows)\nComfortable with ambiguity and shifting requirements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment\nStrong ownership and bias toward action, doing what it takes to get the customer unblocked\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently in a remote,
