We’re looking for a Partner Success Support professional to help keep the day-to-day coordination behind those partnerships running smoothly.\nThis is a hands-on support role with a strong focus on communication and logistics. You’ll spend coordinating interviews and meetings, communicating directly with candidates and partners, managing follow-ups, and making sure everyone knows what’s happening and what comes next.\nWe’re looking for someone with a background in account management, customer success, recruiting, or a similar people-focused role who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces at once.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate candidate interviews, partner meetings, and other scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.\n\nCommunicate directly with candidates throughout the interview process, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.\n\nTrack interview processes, feedback, follow-ups, next steps, and outstanding action items.\n\nWork closely with Operations, Partner Success, Recruiting, Sales, and other internal teams to keep processes moving.\n\nProactively follow up with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and tools.\n\nHelp identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and other day-to-day blockers.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Client Services, or a similar people-facing role.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nExperience coordinating meetings, interviews, or schedules across multiple people and time zones.\n\nConfidence communicating directly with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.\n\nA proactive approach to follow-up and keeping things moving without needing constant direction.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable communication style\n\nExperience working within remote-first teams and distributed environments.\n\nAdditional\nUS Timezone
