AI-powered experiences.\nDesign and implement agent-based and multi-agent architectures to solve complex workflows and automation challenges.\nDevelop backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure supporting AI systems.\nArchitect end-to-end solutions that balance performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\nDrive technical decisions related to AI application design, orchestration, deployment, and system integration.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple layers of the technology stack.\nIntegrate AI solutions with internal and external platforms, services, and data sources.\nContribute to engineering standards, architecture reviews, and technical best practices.\nMentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.\nCore Requirements\nProven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments.\nStrong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and retrieval-based systems.\nExperience designing and implementing agent-based or multi-agent systems for real-world production use cases.\nDeep understanding of information retrieval, semantic search, knowledge systems, and AI orchestration patterns.\nExperience developing and optimizing AI workflows, including retrieval, ranking, context management, and response generation.\nStrong software architecture and distributed systems design experience.\nAdvanced proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.\nExperience building backend services, APIs, and scalable cloud-native applications.\nExperience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices.\nUnderstanding of security, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.\nNice-to-Have\nExperience working with large-scale language models and advanced AI architectures.\nFamiliarity with vector databases, hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval optimization techniques.\nExperience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and performance
