Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery\n- Lead infrastructure and automation initiatives across cloud environments\n- Define and implement DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, monitoring, and deployment strategies\n- Assess current infrastructure and provide recommendations for modernization and optimization\n- Support containerization strategies and scalable cloud architectures\n- Establish and improve monitoring, observability, and reliability practices\n- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations\n- Contribute to building a high-performing, distributed engineering team\n- Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-effective\nCore Requirements\n - Strong experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure\n- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines\n - Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)\n- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)\n- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools\n- Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and system reliability\n- Experience working in distributed teams\n- Ability to assess and improve existing infrastructure and processes\n- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams\n- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nNice-to-Have\n -
