years of experience with a strong track record of building and supporting production systems.\nStrong professional experience with Go and solid proficiency with TypeScript.\nHands-on experience with cloud services and cloud-based architectures.\nStrong experience with software architecture, system design, APIs, and distributed systems.\nDemonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive them through completion.\nStrong technical judgment, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs, identify risks, and make sound engineering decisions.\nAbility to work independently while knowing when to collaborate, seek input, or escalate technical challenges.\nExperience working with modern development, testing, deployment, and version-control practices.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into practical solutions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed engineering environment.\nHigh standards for code quality, reliability, maintainability, and engineering excellence.\nNice to Have\nExperience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, or related
